Order PoLicies
A 50% deposit is required for all large orders.
Each commission involves dedicated consultation, design, and preparatory work. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery date are subject to a 25% administrative fee calculated from the total order amount.
Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup or delivery date will incur a 50% charge of the total order amount, as production and ingredient sourcing will have commenced.
